The firm was established in 1994 by William Louis Ricker, a retired United States Army Major. He is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer with significant capital case experience. He has been handling defense cases in federal court for over 10 years. In addition, Mr. Ricker is a listed family law mediator who can assist individuals who wish to settle their family law disputes out of court through the process of mediation. Louis Ricker is deeply connected to the legal community. He served as President of the Greene County Bar Association from 2001-2002. He is a member of the Tennessee and Federal Bar Associations and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Kim Cheree Miller practices in Divorce and Family law, and has also served as counsel on homicide cases and drug cases in federal court. Ms. Miller is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers . She is the current Vice President and Treasurer of the Greene County Bar Association and a past President. Ms. Miller, a Tennessee native, has resided in Green County for several years.
